Mat Pilates is the foundation work for all Pilates exercises. You will learn how to breath and enhance your core connection, increase your upper and lower body strength, improve your coordination, gain balance and flexibility. It is a safe and yet challenging workout.
The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine developed by Joseph Pilates. Exercises vary from simple isolated movements of arms and legs to complex exercises involving the whole body. These Pilates sessions will improve your strength, muscle tone and coordination.
Ballet-Barre fuses elements of Pilates, dance, and yoga. Using the barre and small exercise equipment, such as weights and mini-balls, you will sculpt and strengthen your body while improving flexibility and posture.
Isabelle Lindstrom is a certified Balanced Body Pilates and Ballet-Barre instructor with years of experience. When Isabelle is not working at a local studio, she's offering private Mat and Reformer instruction in Birdlip, easily accessible from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, or Cirencester .
